Experts at Gate Replacement, and knowing when it makes sense
Structural rust at the welds and bottom rail, posts that have heaved or cracked their footings, repeated motor failures on a system too old for parts, or a design that simply dates the property are all signs a gate is done. Because we build gates in-house, replacement is also a chance to upgrade: more privacy, better security, quieter operation, and a look that matches your house instead of the previous owner’s taste.
Where the existing posts and footings are sound, we reuse them to keep cost down. Where they are not, we say so and set new ones properly in concrete. The old gate leaves on our truck either way.
Every replacement includes
- On-site measurement, design consultation, and a written quote
- Removal and haul-away of the old gate
- Custom fabrication in steel, composite, wood infill, or sheet metal
- New or updated operator, remotes, and safety sensors
- Final adjustment and a full open, close, and stop safety test

What to expect during a gate replacement
After a site visit and measurements, your new gate is fabricated to order, welded, ground smooth, and finished for outdoor life. On installation day we remove the old gate, confirm posts and footings are sound or set new ones, hang the new gate, and dial in the operator so it travels smoothly and stops exactly where it should.
If your existing motor is compatible and healthy we transfer it; if not, we quote a properly sized replacement up front, so there are no surprises on installation day.
